We're Hiring on behalf of our client for Workday ERP Administrator (HRIS)
Location
: Hybrid near Monterey Park, CA (4-day onsite)
Compensation: Up to $45.00 per hour (DOE)
Terms: Contract-to-hire

Are you passionate about HR technology and ready to grow your career with a globally recognized restaurant brand? Our client is expanding their team and looking for a Workday ERP Administrator to support the evolution of the enterprise systems as they scale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career (2-3 years experience) who wants hands-on exposure across Workday HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance modules, while partnering closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday ERP platform
  • Help ensure system performance, data integrity, and adherence to business processes and workflows
  • Manage user access, roles, and security permissions to maintain a secure and compliant environment
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and implementing system enhancements
  • Contribute to system documentation (user guides, FAQs, process documentation)
  • Partner with stakeholders to support ongoing improvements and system adoption
  • Participate in small-to-medium projects, supporting implementation efforts and contributing analytics and reporting insights
  • Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and resource utilization alongside Project Managers

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of Workday or ERP experience
  • Exposure to HRIS/Payroll/Benefits/Finance systems
  • Experience with configuration, admin, or strong super user background
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Implementation exposure or Administration/Configuration in Workday required
